Wawa Near Philly Airport Sells $3 Million-Winning Lottery Ticket

The Wawa on Bartram Avenue by the airport sold a $3 million-winning scratch-off lottery ticket, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials.

PHILADELPHIA — A Wawa location by the Philadelphia International Airport recently sold a lottery ticket worth $3 million, according to Pennsylvania Lottery officials.

Officials said the winning $3 Million Cash scratch-off ticket was sold at Wawa, 8220 W. Bartram Ave. in Philadelphia, right by the airport.

The store will earn a $10,000 selling bonus.

Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted at palottery.com.

Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket, call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481 and file a claim at the nearest Lottery office.

All lottery prizes more than $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
