Woman Fatally Struck By Vehicle In Philadelphia
Philly Police said the woman who was killed walked unexpectedly into an intersection and was hit by a vehicle that had the right of way.
PHILADELPHIA — A 69-year-old woman was fatally struck by a vehicle Sunday in Philadelphia, police said.
The crash occurred at about 6:55 p.m. on the 300 block of Oregon Avenue.
According to police, a white Honda Accord was heading east on Oregon, going through a green light, when it struck the woman.

Police said the woman entered the intersection "unexpectedly."
The driver stopped and remained at the scene, and the woman was pronounced dead at 7 p.m.
