Woman Killed, Child Hurt In Center City Hit-And-Run: Reports
Police have a person of interest in custody in connection with Tuesday's deadly hit-and-run on Arch Street in Center City.
PHILADELPHIA — The victim of a hit-and-run in Center City Philadelphia has died and authorities have a person of interest in custody.
A 38-year-old woman died Wednesday after being struck at about 10 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of Arch Street, Fox 29 reports.
Her 8-year-old child was also severely injured in the crash.
