Woman Shot In Head During Eviction Process In Philadelphia: Reports
A landlord-tenant officer, which is not a position with the city of Philadelphia, shot a woman while serving an eviction notice Wednesday.
PHILADELPHIA — A woman is in critical condition after being shot in the head by a landlord-tenant officer during an eviction process in Philadelphia, according to reports.
The incident occurred at about 9 a.m. at a residence on the 2100 block of N. College Avenue, NBC10 reports.
The officer, who is not a city employee, shot the woman, 35, during an altercation with two people during an eviction, according to the Philadelphia Inquirer.
