Woman Vanishes In Philly, Police Ask For Public's Help

The 23-year-old recent Penn State graduate was last seen leaving work.

PHILADELPHIA, PA — Police are asking for the public's help with leads after a Philadelphia woman vanished without a trace last weekend.

Kada Scott, 23, has not been seen since Saturday, Oct. 4 when she left work at a nursing home, the Terrace at Chestnut Hill.

She was last seen then at around 9:45 p.m., on the 8300 block of Rodney Street, by the city's far northwest border.

Police told 6ABC that while they've struggled to find leads, they are investigating reports from friends that she was being harassed on her phone.

Around a dozen police officers were in the area of Awbury Arboretum on Friday in what investigators told NBC10 was part of the investigation into Scott's disappearance.

Scott, a recent Penn State graduate, is 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Police said she is thin, and has brown eyes and black hair.
