Woman Bitten, Headbutted After Refusing To Buy Suspect Cigarettes: PPD
Police said the suspect attacked the victim after she refused to buy the suspect cigarettes in Center City Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon.
PHILADELPHIA — A woman headbutted and bit another woman who refused to buy her cigarettes in Center City this week, Philadelphia Police said.
The incident took place at about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday at 1200 Filbert St.
Police said the suspect asked the victim to buy her cigarettes, and when the victim refused, the suspect attacked the victim.

The suspect headbutted the victim, bit her finger, then tried to take the victim's purse, according to authorities. Police said the suspect did take the victim's wig and hat before walking away.
Police described the suspect as a black woman who was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, gray pants, gray New Balance sneakers, and carrying a red bag.
