10 Phoenixville Health Inspection Reports In, Including McDonalds, O'Grady's

The Chester County Department of Health has inspected ten Phoenixville area locations in the past few weeks, from the period of October 30 through November 17.
Liberty Square Pizza led the way with seven violations, trailed closely by McDonalds.
McDonalds, located on 651 Nutt Road, had some troubling issues.

Several foods were measured “out of required temperature,” according to the inspectors, meaning that they were not being stored at optimal levels to ensure freshness.
The drink station needed cleaning, inspectors said, and the ware-washing area was too dirty.

Morevoer, inspectors found plumbing that was in need of repair, and numerous ceiling panels that were leaky and dripping.

- McDonald’s of Phoenixville - five violations, inspected on November 10
- Liberty Square Pizza and Restaurant - seven violations, inspected on November 9
- Simply Divine Catering - no violations, inspected on November 6
- Lupita’s Mexican Market - two violations, inspected on November 5
- Whitson’s @ Phoenixville Area High School - one violation, inspected on October 30
- Xpress Pizza and Grill, no violations, inspected on October 30
