PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- The Chester County Health Department has inspected 13 Phoenixville area locations in the past few weeks, from the time frame of July 21 to August 9.

Of the businesses inspected, Steel City Coffeehouse led the way with 10 violations.

Here's what they found:

• Gridiron Sports Bar and Grille, inspected August 3, one violation
• Pizza Hut, inspected August 3, one violation
• Despensa San Marcos LLC, inspected August 2, no violations
• Steel City Coffee House, inspected August 2, 10 violations
• Vecchia Pizzeria, inspected August 2, no violations
• Buho's, inspected July 29, one violation
• The Barrel, inspected July 27, one violation
• Bistro on Bridge, inspected July 25, one violation
• PJ Ryan's Pub, inspected July 25, three violations
• CVS Pharmacy, inspected July 21, no violations
• Palermo's Pizza, inspected July 21, no violations
• Gangster Vegan, inspected July 22, three violations
