2 Recent Phoenixville Crashes Caused By Unlicensed Drivers: Cops
One of the crashes this weekend involved five vehicles, three of which had to be towed away, police said.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Two accidents over the last several days in Phoenixville have been caused by unlicensed drivers, the police department reports.
The first incident occurred on Friday night at around 9 p.m. on Route 29 coming onto Bridge Street.
Police said that the unlicensed driver, a 37-year-old borough resident, cut another driver off, leading to the crash. The resident was issued tickets for multiple violations.

Another incident occurred on Saturday afternoon at about 2:20 p.m. on Route 23, just in front of Phoenixville Hospital.
In that case, police said an unlicensed driver caused a five-car "chain reaction" incident that led to three of the vehicles being towed.
