20 Citations For DUI's, Public Drunkenness, And Public Urination In Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Citations for alcohol-related offenses contributed to most of the March incidents published by the Phoenixville Police Department.

This is not an unusual pattern for the borough, as recent months have seen similar arrest results.

Names for the suspects in the below incidents were not provided by police.

On 03/03/16 at 6:45pm, an 18 year old male from Pottstown was arrested for DUI at Franklin Avenue and Saint Mary’s Street.

On 03/06/16 at 2:15am, a 24 year old female from Sinking Springs was arrested for public drunkenness and public urination at First Avenue and Gay Street. The female was placed in holding cell.

On 03/06/16 at 5:34pm, a 53 year old female from Schuylkill Township was arrested for public drunkenness at the Acme located at 785 Starr Street. The female was placed in a holding cell.

On 03/09/16 at 8:59pm, a 47 year old male from Lower Merion was arrested for DUI at Main Street and Walnut Street.

On 03/11/16 at 5:30pm, a 30 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the unit block of Nutt Road.

On 03/12/16 at 9:02pm, a 26 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Bridge Street.

On 03/12/16 at 9:52pm, a 27 year old male from Lincoln University was cited for urinating in public at 101 Bridge Street.

On 03/12/16 at 11:51pm, a 32 year old female from Parsippany, New Jersey was arrested for DUI in the 500 block of Bridge Street.

On 03/13/16 at 4:24am, a 24 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness at Main Street and First Avenue.

On 03/14/16 at 2:22am, a 26 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the unit block of South Main Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 03/16/16 at 3:47am, a 37 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 03/16/16 at 1:42pm, a 57 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for retail theft at the Gateway Pharmacy located at 165 Nutt Road.

On 03/16/16 at 7:42pm, a 23 year old female from Phoenixville was arrested on an active Chester County bench warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Bridge Street and Bank Street. The female was sent to Chester County Prison.

On 03/17/16 at 1:15pm, a 46 year old male from Schuylkill Township was arrested for DUI at Nutt Road and Starr Street.

On 03/20/16 at 1:23am, a 25 year old female from Schwenksville was cited for open container at Bridge Street and Bank Street.

On 03/21/16 at 2:19am, a 46 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for DUI in the 400 block of Emmett Street.

On 03/26/16 at 1:20am, a 62 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the 200 block of Church Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.

On 03/26/16 at 1:07am, a 26 year old male from East Pikeland Township was arrested for DUI at Gay Street and Bridge Street.

On 03/29/16 at 10:06pm, an 18 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness in the unit block of South Main Street.

On 03/30/16 at 7:04pm, a 51 year old male from Phoenixville was arrested for public drunkenness behind 99 Bridge Street. The male was placed in a holding cell.
