When it comes to professional sports, everyone knows there's big money involved. Big salaries, big endorsement deals, big amounts you have to shell out if you'd like to attend an NFL game.
Forbes recently compiled a list of the 50 Most Valuable Sport Teams, and three Pennsylvania franchises made the list.
The Keystone State teams worth big bucks are:
- The Eagles, worth an estimated $1.314 billion, come in at No. 17.
- The Steelers, worth an estimated $1.118 billion, come in at No. 27.
- The Phillies, worth an estimated $975 million, come in at No. 39.
