I want thank the management team of Starr Diner for having such amazing employees and for instilling the highest level of service in each of their employees.  Dear Management, I am not sure you are aware that just recently two of your employees turned a most embarrassing moment for me into a most positive experience filled with service, trust and gratitude.  Your employees have no idea who they positively impacted on December 27th but all you need to know is word of mouth goes a long way - you got my vote and anyone I come in contact with will be encouraged to dine at your "Hometown Diner"  See you soon and I am wishing you and your employees a most prosperous New Year in 2014.  Blessings Donald.
