EAST PIKELAND, PA — The new Ocean State Job Lot in the Phoenixville area is nearing its opening date, and hiring events are set for the coming week.
The discount retail chain will open up its 260 Schuylkill Road location, in the Shoppes at Valley Forge, in the near future.
An exact opening date has not yet been announced, but officials have repeatedly cited the "second half" of 2026.
A walk-in hiring event will be held at the Hampton Inn on 100 Cresson Boulevard on Monday, Aug. 3 through Friday, Aug. 7, and Monday Aug. 10 through Thursday, Aug. 13.
The events will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Open positions include part time specialist positions, as well as part time associate positions for the morning and evening shifts.
