August First Friday Coming Up In Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — First Friday celebrations are set for this Friday, Aug. 2 in downtown Phoenixville.

Live music, theatrical performances, sidewalk shops, restaurant specials, and more will all be on tap.

The music schedule is as follows:

• Main Stage: Elle & The John Doe Band
• Top of Main Street: Five Minute Major
• Deep Groove Records: Hidden Treasure
• Twisted Cog Bike Shop: Cole Campbell

Road closures will begin at 4 p.m. and run until 10 p.m. on Main Street from Bridge Street to Church Street, and Prospect Street from Starr Street to Main Street. In addition the Main and Bridge streets parking lot will be closed from noon until 10 p.m.

First Fridays run in Phoenixville from May through October. The next two events will be held on Sept. 6 and Oct. 4.
