Better Weather On Tap For Saturday's Phoenixville Farmers Market

Hike, bike, listen to music, grab some produce, and much more in Phoenixville Saturday morning.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Much nicer weather will be on tap for this Saturday's Phoenixville Farmers Market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. under the Gay Street Bridge.

The market released the following statement regarding the April 16 iteration:

What a difference a week makes!! Last week snow, this week glorious sunshine- perfect weather for a market and a hike or bike ride! You can do all of these on Saturday!

You can take a wellness walk at 11 as part of Prescribe-a-trail.

If you like to bike, bring (or ride!) your bikes to the market where you and your family can take a family friendly bike ride/scavenger hunt! You can pick up your bike "passport" at our information table.

Christine Shelly will put smiles on your faces with her upbeat music from 10am to 1pm and the children's area will be fully stocked with toys and books.

It's still early in the growing season, so you won't find heat loving vegetables and fruits YET... but they will come later in the season! In the meantime, enjoy those springs greens while you can.
