Body Of Man Found In Schuylkill River Sunday: Cops

The body of a man was found in the Schuylkill River in Berks County on Sunday, according to Exter Township Police.

Authorities said that the body was discovered by kayakers at about 2 p.m. near Gibraltar Road in Exeter.

The victim, whose identity is not yet known, is a white male who is in his 50s or 60s, police said.

The kayakers were searching for Bradley Verret, a 26-year-old man who has been missing from the area since Feb. 7, authorities said. The body discovered on Sunday was not Verret.
