Local Rotary Club Is Raising $150,000 on May 18 — And Berwyn’s PressurePerfect Massage Will Be There
The Upper Main Line Rotary Club has been quietly doing big things in this community for years — funding mobile mammogram screenings, stocking food pantries, renovating shelters for women and children, and funding cleft lip surgeries for kids overseas.
On May 18, they’re holding their annual Charity Golf Tournament at Waynesborough Country Club in Paoli, with a goal of raising $150,000 in a single day.
My wife Lisa and I own PressurePerfect Massage on Lancaster Ave in Berwyn, and we’ll be at the tournament where our therapists will be offering free chair massage and stretching.
We’ll also have a silent auction package available — a massage and wellness package worth sticking around for after your round.
The event is organized by Rotary president Stacey Ballard, who we were honored to name our Unsung Hero in March. If you know Stacey, you know why this event matters.
The tournament is open to golfers and dinner guests. If you’re attending, stop by and see us.
