Join us for a 75-minute immersive Sound Journey designed to help you unwind, soften, and settle into deep rest. We will begin by gently arriving together, allowing the body to transition out of the pace of the day and into stillness. From there, you will rest comfortably as layered tones and vibrations fill the space.

This multi-instrument experience weaves together the grounding resonance of Himalayan singing bowls with the clarity of crystal bowls, along with gong, drum, ocean drum, chimes, and subtle percussion. Each sound carries its own quality. Some feel steady and earthy, others expansive and luminous. Together they create a spacious atmosphere that invites the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.

There is nothing you need to do. No technique to follow. Simply lie down, breathe naturally, and allow the vibrations to gently wash over you. The layered tones subtly support relaxation and nervous system reset while creating space for reflection, restoration, or simply uninterrupted rest.
