Chamber Music Comes To Phoenixville

The Kimberton Arts Alliance is presenting a Chamber Music event by Astral Artists, the third Chamber Music event in their series.

The event will is slated for August 13th at 7:30 p.m. at the Kimberton Inn

Tickets will be $48 Series, Single Event $20, and Student $12.

The following players will be on hand:

• Jordan Dodson, guitar
• Christine Lamprea, cello
• Caroline Cole, harp
• Charlotte Mundy, soprano

Astral describes itself as a “Philadelphia based incubator of the finest young chamber music artists.”

They have featured Astral Artist concerts each of the last three years.

While Christine Lamprea returns from last year’s concert, the other artists are new to Kimberton.

Musical selections will range from Manuele Falda to the Beatles, and organizers say the event will be “intellectually stimulating.”

“Astral believes that the future of classical music belongs to today’s emerging musicians,” they said in an eent release. “And that empowering their talent and ingenuity ensures a cultural legacy for generations to come. Take a glimpse into the future of classical music through Astral’s brilliant roster of musicians.”!
