Chesco Coronavirus Antibody Testing Open To All Essential Workers
Chester County is expanding its antibody testing to all essential workers and their household members, they announced.
CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Testing for coronavirus antibodies in Chester County is now open to all essential workers who have been working onsite, the county announced this week. In addition, public testing for antibodies will indeed soon be available, but "at a later date" in Chester County, authorities reaffirmed.
Antibody testing was previously only open in Chester County to select emergency personnel. Chester is the first county in Pennsylvania and among the first in Pennsylvania to offer the service, which officially launched May 11.
Essential workers are now eligible to be tested at the site if they've worked during the red phase at their workplace and if they live or work in Chester County. Their household members are also eligible to be tested.
