See some of your local heroes on the big screen this summer.

The Chester County Fire Chiefs Association have aired a pair of commercials in local movie theaters that bring the efforts of local firefighters into the public eye.

The footage was filmed as responders worked during a recent training session at the Chester County Public Training Campus.

The two spots, 30 seconds each, address the life of a firefighter and ways that residents can work as volunteers without actually fighting fire.
