Chester County Historical Society Names County Commissioner To Board

Congratulations to County Commissioner Michelle Kichline.

TREDYFFRIN, PA -- The Chester County Historical Society has named a new member of their Board of Trustees.

County Commissioner Michelle Kichline, of Berwyn, will be the newest member to join the team, the society announced Monday.

Kichline was appointed by the judiciary of the Chester County Court of Common Pleas in December 2014 to fill a vacancy on the Chester County Board of Commissioners. She was then elected to a full four-year term in November 2015, according to information from the Historical Society.

Kichline currently serves as the Public Sector Co-Chair of VISTA 2025, Chester County’s 10-year economic development strategy.

She also represents Chester County on a variety of regional boards, including the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission, the Transportation Management Association of Chester County, and the Greater Valley Forge Transportation Management Association

She also formerly chaired the Tredyffrin Township Board of Supervisors.
