Chester County Homicide Victim Identified As 24-Year-Old: DA
The 24-year-old was gunned down on August 26. Police are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of his shooter.

The victim of a homicide in Coatesville on Friday has been identified as 24-year-old Alex Hartzell, of Pottstown, the Chester County District Attorney's Office announced.
Hartzell was on the 600 block of Diamond Alley in Coatesville on Friday when he was shot and killed, the DA said.
No arrests have been made and police are offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
