Mask requirements/recommendations remain a local Library Board decision and are decided upon by the Board looking at the occupancy limits, vaccination status in the community and other factors. Additionally, many children are not eligible for the vaccine at this time and we want to ensure the safety of our youngest customers where space may be limited.

Current CDC Guidelines recommend that all individuals wear masks in public indoor settings, regardless of vaccination status, in areas of substantial or high transmission. Chester County is currently an area of substantial transmission.
