Chester County Mother Allegedly Injected Teenage Daughter With Heroin: Reports

A Chester County mother has been arrested for injecting her daughter and another teenager with heroin, according to multiple media reports.

Jessica Lynn Riffey, 34, of Honey Brook, allegedly acquired the heroin along with her boyfriend, Jameson Burn, who has been charged with drug dealing in a separate complaint, 6 ABC reports.

West Caln Township police arrested Riffey after they were called to her home to check on her daughter and a 16-year-old boy, according to NBC 10.

The teens said they’d been supplied with and injected with heroin several times at Riffey’s house in September, reports state.

Riffey would even tie a draw string of a sweatshirt around the teen’s arms to bring out the veins, according to reports.

Riffey is in jail on $5,000 bail.
