Chester County's 10th Case Of Coronavirus Found Thursday
Officials confirmed that there is no community spread of the virus in Chester County as of Thursday evening.

CHESTER COUNTY, PA — Chester County's number of positive cases rose to 10 on Thursday, as one new case was discovered. It comes after three new cases were found on Tuesday.
The new case is a 38-year-old man from Willistown Township. He is suffering only mild symptoms of the virus, and is currently isolated at home and recovering, the health department said. Authorities are working to notify anyone who he may have come into contact with recently so that they can self-quarantine.

Early Thursday evening, Gov. Wolf ordered a shut down of all "non-life-sustaining" businesses across Pennsylvania beginning Saturday. Violators could face fines or even imprisonment.

As neighboring Montgomery County saw its number of positives spike on Thursday to 55, community spread there was confirmed. However, there is not yet community spread — where the source of infection is unable to be traced — in Chester County, authorities said.

There is no word yet on the condition of any of the previous announced cases in Chester County.
