Chester Springs Man, Penn State Graduate, Dies At 33

A Chester Springs man and graduate of Penn State University has passed away at the age of 33. May he rest in peace.

Jordan A. Marsella, 33, of Chester Springs, passed away on Sunday, May 21, 2017. Born on November 25, 1983 in Norristown, he was a son of Linda (Tornetta), wife of Roy, Sturgeon, of Chester Springs and Don, husband of Bonnie Marsella, of Audubon.

Jordan was a graduate of Bishop Kenrick High School, in Norristown, and had attended Penn State University. He enjoyed trap and skeet shooting, shooting pool, golf, and computer games. He loved all animals and nature. Most importantly, he loved spending time with family.

In addition to his parents and step-parents, Jordan is survived by maternal grandmother: Vera Tornetta, of Harleysville; siblings: Alex Marsella, of Audubon, Zane Sturgeon, of TX, Kris Sturgeon, of Spring City, Erica Sturgeon, of MD, and Grant Sturgeon, of TX; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his memorial service at the Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc, 610 South Main Street, Phoenixville, on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 7:00 pm. Friends will be received from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made in Jordan's name to Hope Springs Equestrian Therapy, 1800 Art School Road, Chester Springs, PA 19425.
