The Advisory Council of the Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter School (PCPCS)) announced last week that Dr. Gina Guarino Buli, CEO from Renaissance Academy Charter School, will serve as the Chair of the PCPCS Advisory Council.

Dr. Guarino Buli said that she is looking forward to working with Charter Leaders from all around the Commonwealth to support the work of staff, students, and families in PA Charters. “I have been a participating member of the Council for several years. I am excited to take this position among my peers and will continue to support initiatives such as developing PD for Leaders, staff, and those in charter governance.”

Comprised of 20 PA charter school leaders, the Coalition Advisory Council’s key roles are to elect Charter School Leaders to the Board of Trustees; to provide critical input and advice to the Coalition’s staff about programs and services offered; and to enable the Coalition to speak collectively for charter schools in Pennsylvania.
