Early Dismissal For Phoenixville School District Thursday

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — Phoenixville schools will dismiss early on Thursday, Nov. 15 due to inclement weather. The announcement came in just before 11 a.m.

Snow is expected to move into the area in mid-morning, with one to three inches in the forecast. Precipitation will likely turn to rain and sleet by afternoon.

The following schedule is in effect:

• High school and middle school will dismiss at 12:30 p.m.
• All elementary schools will dismiss at 1:30 p.m.
• YMCA after care programs will run at elementary buildings
• The School Board meeting will take place as scheduled at 7 p.m. at the District Administration Building on 386 City Line Avenue

All afternoon and extra-curricular activities are canceled.
