Yoga for Beginners at Gateway Bodyworks!

Yoga for Beginners:
This is a “back to the basics” yoga class.  Classic yoga postures are taught from head to toe, with emphasis on correct alignment and breath. 

Yoga is an ancient practice that has lived on through generations to embody the continual connection of all beings.  We believe that the path of yoga will lead each individual to self-discovery, self-fulfillment, and self-love.

At Gateway Bodyworks it is our goal to teach yoga from our heart to yours. Through practice, it is possible to embrace your heart and live life to your greatest potential!  Yoga will change you physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Our emphasis is not only the physical attributes that yoga has to offer (though they are amazing), but the incorporation of breath (allowing the body to cleanse and center), and meditation practices (allowing the mind to clear and connect to the body, the earth, and the universe).

We ask each of our students to come join us with open minds and open hearts.  Our instructors are generous and kind and truly blessed at what they do!
