Hair of the Dog Yoga!
We are offering a yoga class to help cure that New Year’s Eve hangover opting for twists and forward bends in order to help detox and balance the body, releasing the effects from over indulgence! This is a donation based class, where all proceeds go to benefit All 4 Paws Rescue! Class time is 12-1pm.
