Local foods dinner benefiting French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust featuring delicious dishes prepared by local restaurant chefs and cooks, square dancing to live music by Dave Weber and Ted the Fiddler, relay games for kids and raffle of dinner for 2 at 3 local restaurants, 1/4 locally raised steer, and more.
Early bird nature activities (separate charge) take advantage of the wonderful sitre, which is located in the Great Marsh. They include canoeing, pond fishing for kids and guided marsh walk and farmhouse tour.
