Kids Yoga Ages 3-10

This class promotes inner depth, confidence: a feeling of well-being and compassion for others, and love for one's self from head to toe and heart to soul!  Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques.  We sing, create, and play!  In this class we have fun with asana (yoga postures), yoga games and artwork, yoga songs, self-calming techniques, camaraderie, self-awareness, breathing and meditation practice, creative anatomy, and how to make healthy choices.
