Living Large Boot Camp

Camp is designed to increase mobility and flexibility for those who are 40 or plus pounds overweight.   Designed for larger people we will use walking as our main aerobic exercise.

Promise no situps, pushups, jumping or running! We will protect the back and the knees.  You will require a doctor's note to attend this boot camp but people of all health levels are accepted with their doctor's approval.

$150 for six weekly sessions on Sundays 3pm-4pm January 22- Feb 26.
