Kimberton Waldorf School and Kroka Expeditions will be hosting a screening of "Mother Nature's Child" on Wednesday night in the High School Library. Mother Nature’s Child asks the questions: Why do children need unstructured time outside? What is the place of risk-taking in healthy child development? How is play a form of learning? Why are teachers resistant to taking students outside? How can city kids connect with nature? What does it mean to educate the ‘whole’ child?
Adults and students in grade nine and up are welcome. Please RSVP or direct questions to (610)933-3635 x.128. For more information on the film, please visit: http://www.mothernaturesmovie.com/the-film/
