PSG, or “Professional Students of the Game,” is for boys currently in the 8th grade interested in competing in AAU tournaments for the 2012 season, against some of the top club basketball programs in the Mid Atlantic Region.

Tai Crutchfield, a professional basketball player, will coach and share his experience and knowledge to help motivated players learn the skills, moves and teamwork it takes to elevate his game to the next level.

Tryout Date: Saturday, February 11, 2012

Time: 4:30-6:30 PM

Tryout Location:   Phoenixville Civic Center
                             123 Main St., Phoenixville, PA.

Fee: $10 non-refundable

Rules: To follow AAU Boys Basketball Rules

Goals: Good sportsmanship, quality team work, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and maintaining good scholastic grades

(This tryout is not limited to 8th graders and is strictly the individual’s choice and decision to demonstrate that he has the potential to qualify.  Also, boys born on or after September 1, 1997 can qualify to play down, but must provide proof of eligibility when required.)

Registration for tryouts will be 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled time.

Be sure to bring a birth certificate. Please do not bring a basketball.

Note: PSG emphasizes that it is important that players perform to his fullest potential in this tryout/evaluation. AAU basketball is highly competitive and requires strong skills and serious dedication.  If your child qualifies, there is a fee to participate on this team. No player will be able to play in any AAU tournaments without being a registered athletic member for the 2012 season and meet all eligibility requirements.
