February Phoenixville Health Inspections: Los Mariachis, Prima Motel, Vecchia
A total of 25 Phoenixville establishments were inspected over the last five weeks. Here's what was found.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- The Chester County Department of Health inspected a total of 25 Phoenixville establishments over the last five weeks, including the time period of Jan. 18 through Feb. 27.
Of those 25 establishments, 22 of them had health violations. Aman's Bistro led the way with 10 violations.
