It's not the first time The Foodery has said they were close to opening. After first announcing they were coming to the old location of the Family Dollar on 325 Bridge Street, they have set several target dates for opening, most recently in September.
The Foodery, which also has locations in Roxborough, Northern Liberties, and Center City, offers a selection of over 1,500 beer bottles from around the world. There is a rotating tap, 18 lines of beers on draft, 100 seats, and several 70 inch TV's. They also serve food, and their menu includes sandwiches, salads, and a wide variety of snacks.
