The new owners say Phoenixville is the perfect spot for their concept.
"It feels so right...the space...the town...the opportunities...everything about it," said co-owner Madi McShane, who runs the operation with her husband Brian Coble.

The pair already have an existing location at 290 E. Lincoln Highway in Exton, and they've been a fixture at the Phoenixville Farmer's Market for years. But they were looking to grow, and the Bridge Street spot fit their needs.
The shop will serve up distinctive bites, like french toast casserole egg rolls. They will focus on prepackaged egg rolls, egg roll chips, dips, sauces, and more.
