ICYMI: Drunk Phoenixville Driver Crashes Into Fountain, Provides Fake ID
The incident occurred at a location just off of Bridge Street.

An allegedly intoxicated man was arrested after crashing his car into the fountain at the Children’s Plaza at Bank Street and Price Street, according to the Phoenixville Police Department.
The incident took place at about 9:30 p.m. on November 4.
The suspect, whose identify has not yet been released, is a 19-year-old male from Chester Springs, police said.

Upon being arrested, he gave police a fake Pennsylvania driver’s license purporting himself to be 22 years old.
The suspect was held in a holding cell and then released on bail.

He has been charged with driving under the influence. A court date is pending.
