ICYMI: Phoenixville Man Charged In 'Romeo And Juliet' Style Suicide Pact
The man allegedly injected his girlfriend, watched her die, but then decided not follow through.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- First degree murder charges have been filed against a Phoenixville man after his girlfriend was found dead inside a car at Lock 60 in December, the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office announced Friday.
Anthony Michael Noble, 27, of Phoenixville, was with Joette L. Mullin on December 14 at the park.
DA Kevin Steele alleges that Noble injected Mullen with multiple needles filled with cocaine, and that he then sat there and watched her die.

Noble said he passed out after he injected Mullin, according to Philly.com. He added that his girlfriend “hated life and didn’t want to be here anymore.”
An unidentified friend of Nobel said the couple had planned out the suicide “Romeo and Juliet” style. After watching his girlfriend die, however, Nobel could no longer go through with the pact.
A passerby who saw Mullin in the car called 911, and Upper Providence Township Police discovered the body.
Noble was arrested and then arraigned on Friday, before being sent to Montgomery County Correctional Facility.
His preliminary hearing is set for January 29.
