ICYMI: Phoenixville's Route 23 Bridge Should Be Completed Before November
The bridge will not meet its "early deadline" date in September.

There is only one day left until the Route 23 bridge’s “early” completion deadline of September 25, set by State Sen. Andy Dinniman.
But as the clocks ticks down, it’s unfortunately looking less and less likely that the dream of a September opening will become a reality.
Workers at the site on Wednesday said that the bridge would not be completed until around Thanksgiving.

Representatives from State Sen. Warren Kampf’s office said that the project would not be done in September, but thought that it could be done before November.
The PennDOT website still lists the completion date for the project in November.

Replacement of the 48-year-old bridge over Pickering Creek, which Dinniman’s office says is traveled by nearly 20,000 vehicles a day, began on April 20.
