Phantom Boy
- Leo has a secret. A mysterious illness has transformed him into a phantom boy, able to leave his body and explore the city as a ghostly apparition. While in the hospital, he befriends Alex, a New York City cop injured in pursuit of a nefarious gangster who has taken control of the city’s power supply. They form an extraordinary duo to save the city. An animated treat from 2015, directed by Jean-Loup Felicioli. Ages 10 and up. 84 min.

Anina
- With a name that's a palindrome (it reads the same backward and forward), Anina suffers teasing from classmates. She takes her frustrations out on, Yisel, and both girls wind up in the principal's office. They are each given an envelope to carry around for one week, seal unbroken, before returning to discover the punishment inside. Curiosity leads Anina to learn she has more in common with Yisel than their uncommon punishment. Ages 8 and up. 80 min. Spanish with English subtitles.
