'Living Phoenixville': A Juried Photo Exhibit, Accepting Submissions

PHOENIXVILLE, PA — A juried photo exhibit is now accepting submissions in Phoenixville.

The theme is "Living Phoenixville," and all submissions must express some aspect of that theme.

Final award winning photos must be current (2000-Present) and taken by the individual who submits the photo.

The exhibit will take place at Gallery at the Phoenix Village Apartments. Proceeds of the exhibit will benefit the Phoenix Village Art Center.

The digital submissions accepted for the show will need to be printed and matted by the artist. The artists will be emailed instructions and accepted submissions in late August, organizers said.

Prizes include:

• $200 for the best in show
• $50 for first prize in each category
• A Large Print of Their Photo
• One Year Feature on the Phoenix Village Arts Center Web site
• Exhibition in a future show at the Phoenix Village Arts Center
• Potential inclusion in Permanent Collection within Phoenixville
