Long Time Phoenixville Town Watch Volunteer PassesAway
Bobby Taylor has been working for Phoenixville for years.
A long time Phoenixville Town Watch volunteer has passed away, the group announced Monday.
Bobby Taylor, pictured above on the far right, had long been a mainstay at Phoenixville community service functions.
Taylor participated in Town Watch meetings, assisted at National Night Out events, and helped to carry the Town Watch banner in Dogwood parades, the Town Watch said.

“Bobby always had a kind word and we will miss him very much,” the Town Watch posted on their Facebook page.
