Make $80K As A Police Officer In Phoenixville

PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Do you have what it takes to be a member of the Phoenixville Borough Police Department?

The Phoenixville Borough Civil Service Commission will hold competitive examinations to help appoint future officers.

Requirements for the position include:

• U.S. citizen
• High school diploma or equivalency certificate
• Must meet all Civil Service requirements.
• No applicant for any position in the Police Department shall be less than eighteen (18) years of age nor older than forty (40) unless such applicant shall have at least seven (7) years of prior experience as a police officer, in which event such applicants for the position of patrolman in the police department shall not be older than fifty (50) years of age at the time of application (Section 303 – Phoenixville Civil Service Regulations).

The annual starting salary for the position is $80,231.22.
