PHOENIXVILLE, PA -- Nothing good happens at 3:10 in the morning.
A 20-year-old man was seen by police urinating on the street on the 100 block of Main Street at about 3:10 a.m. on May 29.
As police approached, the man fled, according to police reports.

During the course of his flight, he damaged a resident's vehicle, police said.
The chase did not last long: he was caught by police on East Morgan Street.

He now faces charges of resisting arrest, escape, public drunkenness, underage drinking, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, according to police.
He was placed in a holding cell and held for arraignmen, and then released after posting bail, authorities said.
