Marine, Phoenixville Native Passes Away

May he rest in peace.

Frank J. Tallarico, Sr., husband of the late Gerrie (Buono) Tallarico, formerly of Phoenixville, PA, died on Tuesday, December 1, 2015. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Louis and Anna (Prano) Tallarico. Frank served in the United States Marines. Frank and Gerrie owned and operated Gerrie’s Parlor on Main Street in Phoenixville.

Thereafter, he worked as a Builder and owned Lafayette Construction Company until his retirement in 2010. He was a member of the Order Sons of Italy in America, (OSIA the largest and oldest Italian American fraternal organization in the United States). He is survived by: son, Frank Tallarico, Jr. of Phoenixville, PA, and daughter, Diane Wolfe wife of Dion Wolfe of Charlotte, NC, grandchildren: Michael and James Wolfe, Dan, (mother, Lydia Tallarico), Jacob, Paul and William (mother, Suzanne Tallarico), brother, Peter Tallarico, brother, Lou and wife Betty Tallarico, sister, Joann Jankowski and husband Jas, sister, Theresa and husband Ben Dati.

He was preceded in death by sister, Marguerite wife of Rocky Delmonte. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Service in the Devlin Rosmos Kepp & Gatcha Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 517 S. Main Street, Phoenixville, PA, on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at 11:00 am, visitation will be from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
