Mike Piazza Stops By Phoenixville HS
The Hall of Fame catcher was back in town and made a stop at his alma mater.

PHOENIXVILLE, PA - Just weeks after being inducted into the Major League Baseball Hall of Fame, Phoenixville High School graduate Mike Piazza was back at his old stomping grounds.
Piazza was joined by former coach Doc Kennedy, athletic director Matt Gionta, and current head coach Neil Herman at his alma mater.
Piazza was a standout athlete as a Phantom and a member of the class of 1986.

He was inducted into the legendary Cooperstown , New York Hall of Fame alongside Ken Griffey Jr., who received a historic 99 percent of the vote.
Piazza was born in Norristown.
