Phoenixville, PA -- A 16-year-old cat has gone missing from the Phoenixville area.
Jack was first reported lost on July 1.
He has a black stripe down his back and gray ,black, and light brown stripes on his body. He also has a white spot under his chin and a tiny white spot on his front left paw.

He weighs about 18 pounds and does not have a collar.
